Tuukka Rask on suomalainen jääkiekkomaalivahti -ja Stanley Cup voittaja.
Rask on Savonlinnan Pallokerhon kasvatti. Kaudeksi 2003--2004 hän siirtyi pelaamaan Tampereen Ilveksen junioreihin. Ensimmäiset miesten liigapelinsä Rask pelasi kaudella 2004--2005 ja seuraavalla kaudella hän nousi Ilveksen ykkösmaalivahdiksi.
Toronto Maple Leafs varasi Raskin ensimmäisellä kierroksella kesällä 2005. Hänet kuitenkin kaupattiin Boston Bruinsiin kesän 2006 varaustilaisuuden yhteydessä. Keväällä 2007 Rask solmi Bruinsin kanssa sopimuksen ja hän matkusti välittömästi Yhdysvaltoihin pelaamaan AHL-liigan pudotuspelejä Providence Bruinsiin. Ensimmäisen NHL-ottelunsa hän pelasi 20. marraskuuta 2007 Torontoa vastaan, ja hänet valittiin heti ottelun parhaaksi pelaajaksi.Kaikkiaan Rask pelasi kaudella 2007--2008 neljässä NHL-ottelussa. Kauden 2008--2009 hän pelasi enimmäkseen AHL:n Providencessa.
Kausi 2009--2010 oli Raskille todellinen läpimurtokausi. Kauden alussa Rask pelasi Bostonin kakkosmaalivahtina. Marraskuun 2009 alussa hän solmi Bostonin kanssa uuden kaksivuotisen sopimuksen, jonka kokonaisarvo oli 2,5 miljoonaa Yhdysvaltojen dollaria. Kauden aikana Rask nousi Tim Thomasin ohi ykkösvahdiksi. Kauden loputtua hän oli ensimmäinen niin torjuntaprosentissa, kuin myös päästettyjen maalien keskiarvossa. Rask jatkoi vahvoja otteita myös pudotuspeleissä, joissa Boston pudotti ensimmäisellä kierroksella Buffalo Sabresin. Boston-fanit alkoivat käyttää hokemaa "It´s Tuukka time" vastikkeena Buffalon fanien maalivahdilleen Ryan Millerille luomaan "It´s Miller time" -kannatukseen.

Rask oli mukana Suomen nuorten maajoukkueessa sen voittaessa MM-pronssia vuoden 2006 maailmanmestaruuskilpailuissa. Tuukka Rask valittiin myös turnauksen parhaaksi maalivahdiksi.

In all, Rask played in the period 2007-2008 in four NHL game. For the period 2008-2009, he played mostly in the AHL's Providence.
Season 2009-2010 was Rask real breakthrough season. Early in the season Rask played in Boston's second goalkeeper. Beginning of November 2009, he signed with Boston's new two-year contract with a total value of 2.5 million U.S. dollars. [4] During the period, Tim Thomas, Rask increased over ykkösvahdiksi. The end of the season he was the first to fight against per cent, as well as goals against average. Rask also continued strong into the playoffs with Boston dropped the first round of the Buffalo Sabres. Boston fans began to use hokemaa "It's Tuukka Time" return for the fans of Buffalo's keeper Ryan Miller to create the "It's Miller time" support.
In August 2010, valued at The Hockey News magazine estimated Raskin's then 50 best NHL player squad.

Rask, the Finnish youth national team winning the World Cup bronze medal in the 2006 World Championships. Tuukka Rask was elected the best goalkeeper in the tournament.
